JOHNSON, Senior Circuit Judge: This appeal presents the question of whether a Title VII claim for wage discrimination is a single or continuing violation. The district court found that Felisha Calloway's claim of wage discrimination was a single violation which occurred the day she was hired, and entered final judgment in favor of her employer, Partners National Health Plans et al. (""Partners""). We reverse.
